Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor – Experience Required

Warren Barr Buffalo Grove is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to support our skilled nursing and post‑acute rehabilitation team.

• Administer medication and provide nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and document findings accurately.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative care environment.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
