As a Nurse Supervisor you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Warren Barr Buffalo Grove by supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring infection prevention practices are maintained, and ensuring adequate staffing for our residents’ needs.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have a minimum of a State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, C.P.R. Certification, and two (2) years of R.N. experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
