Weekend​/Day Nurse Supervisor

About the Role

RN License! We are looking for a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Warren Barr Buffalo Grove
. The Supervisor will manage the operations of their assigned unit and ensure residents receive the high‑standard care they expect.

• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Assist with creating a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Ensure adequate staffing for resident needs.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum two (2) years of R.N. experience.
• Preference for prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience.
