- Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods.
- Design methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of components and finished products.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of products and components within your area to anticipate and prepare for possible non‑conformances.
- Take initiative to gather data and analyze root causes for potential non‑conformances of moderate scope.
- Work with engineers on the design of business and operational processes to support quality execution against key performance metrics.
- Regularly monitor and review business and operational processes to evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Act as an advisor to less senior technicians and/or engineers/suppliers in vetting non‑conformities, cooperating with technical support, design engineering, and product quality on product improvements.
- Complete audit training, as required.
- Establish weekly and monthly matrices and follow‑up actions with an effective measurement system.
- Manage customer survey responses and drive actions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Work with the service‑escalation team on individual projects, including projects outside of repair centers.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/vocational qualification and experience, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Problem‑solving and analytical ability.
- Preferred: Knowledge of job‑related and corporate policies and procedures.
- Preferred: Strong computer skills.
- Preferred: Effective communication and collaborative skills.

$76,640.00 – $ annual base salary. Annual incentive compensation at a target equal to 10% of base pay.
