DescriptionEssential Functions & Responsibilities
- Assist in prep of manufacturing line
- Check for proper labels and lot numbers throughout the manufacturing process (storage, manufacturing lines, packaging line, etc.)
- Check temperatures and document findings as part of a HACCP program
- Perform various quality checks (weight of dough, height of crust, sauce distribution, etc.) and document findings.
- Assure FDA and USDA compliance. Be able to communicate with inspectors as needed.
- Assist in weekly inventory counts
