- Check for proper labels and lot numbers throughout the manufacturing process (storage, manufacturing
- Check temperatures and document findings as part of a HACCP program
- Perform various quality checks (weight of dough, height of crust, sauce distribution, etc..) and document findings.
- Assure FDA and USDA compliance. Be able to communicate with inspectors as needed.
- Assist in weekly inventory counts
