Shift Lead for Panda Restaurant Group is a key leadership role that supports management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride in our restaurants. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and play a central role in operations.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops.

Kitchens are hot and noise levels are high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts.

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour - $20.50 per hour

Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
