Overview

• Manage the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure store performance and guest satisfaction through effective leadership and operational excellence.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success in the role.

• Pay Range: $27.50 - $30.50 per hour

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe preferred)

While performing duties, counter areas may be hot with steam from the steam table and food vapors. The workspace is restricted, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as required.
