- At least 6 years of field‑based technology sales experience, focused on Federal Judiciary accounts, US Courts, and sub‑agencies (AOUSC, FJC, USSC, JPML).
- In‑depth understanding of Federal Government contracting and relationships within the Federal industry, particularly Civilian agencies.
- Existing client relationships that you are willing to engage in conversations to compete for their business.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and persuade prospects at various levels of an organization.
- High proficiency in cold calling and crafting personalized messaging to initiate meaningful conversations that showcase Paragon Micro’s solution capabilities.
- Proven expertise in solution‑based selling and consultative sales approaches to address complex customer needs effectively.
