Europa Eyewear, based in Vernon Hills, IL, is one of the largest independent designers and manufacturers of eyewear frames in the United States. Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, distribution, and productivity targets
- Develop and execute an effective call plan, maintaining a consistent 4-to-12-week rotation across all accounts
- Maintain strong in-store presence through merchandising, ensuring proper board placement, updated POP materials, and alignment with brand positioning
- Leverage reporting, training tools, samples, and technology to manage your business and drive performance
- Build and strengthen relationships across all levels within customer accounts
- Conduct impactful product training sessions to ensure alignment with brand messaging and maximize sell‑through
- Grow existing accounts while actively prospecting and converting new business opportunities
- Represent Europa at local, regional, and national trade shows
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership, contributing to overall growth strategy
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives
- Plan and execute trunk shows and in-office events to drive consumer engagement and sales
