Parts Sales Specialist

This position takes care of tasks related to the spare parts department, as part of After Sales Department team.

They are in touch daily with customers and Cama 1 headquarters for spare parts sales, ensuring a feedback to the customer within one working day.

Responds to Aftermarket Director at Cama USA.

• Understanding of customer’s requests and identifying the correct spare parts.
• Proactively reaching out to customers to sell parts.
• Building relationships with Cama customers.
• Sending enquiries for the needed spare parts to Cama1 and suppliers.
• Preparing and sending the required offers to the customers.
• Follow up of the open offers.
• Check of customers’ orders.
• Issuing order confirmations.
• Issuing and sending the purchase orders to Cama1 and suppliers.
• Pushing the suppliers in case of late delivery.
• Preparing and sending promotional offers to the customers.
• Sending the suggested spare parts lists prepared by Cama 1 to the customers (lists strictly connected to the supply of a new machine).

• Accounting Department for order shipments and invoicing.
• CAMA 1 Spare Parts department to identify the correct spare parts, quoting and purchasing.
• Local suppliers for material procurement.
• Customers to provide them with offers and order confirmations and feedbacks.

• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of the most common computer software (Office, Outlook).
• Problem solving ability and team working attitude.
• Minimum 3 – year experience in equivalent job.
• Good organization (able to set up priorities and aims).
