Flextronics - - Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues;
Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting using diagnostic tools;
Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled industrial equipment and hydraulic/pneumatic systems;
Mentor technicians on best practices and troubleshoot techniques;
Assist with work order assignment and spare parts inventory management to reduce downtime
