Service Technician - Electrical & Mechanical, Solutions
We are looking for a technician willing to travel 50% across the US and Canada and occasionally Mexico, with knowledge in electronics, mechanics and automation systems. The technician will work directly with customers and will receive training in‑house before field work.
Pay range and compensation packageCompensation: $25–$40/hour, based on industry experience, plus bonus opportunity.

In the field duties
- Complete preventive and curative maintenance.
- Installation and training of operator and maintenance staff.
- Ensure safety practices are respected.
- Reporting and address open points.
In house duties
- Follow up on customer needs.
- Test and repair defective parts.
- Prepare visits including kitting and coordinate service with customers.
- Process paperwork.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, energetic, and a self‑motivated team player with good communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Education- High School Diploma, Associate’s degree (a plus), in electronics or related experience required
- Some experience with skills in training, installing and repairing various models of industrial micro‑processor‑controlled equipment
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish), preferred.
- MS Office.
- General personal computer knowledge.
- Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawings.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a strong electro‑mechanical aptitude.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete.
- Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, vision, and hearing.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds waist high alone and to handle up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Prolonged standing, sitting, stooping, and bending.
- Frequent travel required.
- Valid Passport.
