What You Can Expect:

• $60,000 – $100,000+ annually, based on experience and performance
• Weekly pay on Friday
• Sign-on Bonus up-to $5,000

About the Role:

As a Green Air Care HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems with professionalism and care. Our techs take pride in delivering top-tier service while building lasting customer relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A team player with a professional, positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred (but not required)
