Service Technician - Commercial Kitchen Equipment

We repair broasters, smokers, toasters, grills, ovens, dough rollers and juice equipment.

• Repair commercial kitchen equipment, including broasters, smokers, toasters, grills, ovens, dough rollers and juice equipment.
• Plan and prioritize tasks in a self‑directed work environment, maintaining high productivity without direct supervision.
• Work a schedule of 8:00‑5:00 with possible flex time;
  Monday‑Friday; overtime possible. Report to work daily, including weekend and holiday on‑call.
• Lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, squat, kneel, climb and work in tight spaces as required.

• Approximately six months to three years of experience in HVAC/R, electrical and facilities maintenance, preferably in the food/restaurant industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college or trade level courses in air conditioning/refrigeration, electrical and electronics.
• Must pass a credit check and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Working knowledge of restaurant equipment, basic plumbing, troubleshooting, repair, electrical, plumbing and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and equipment specifications.
• Ability to read and write English; fluency in Spanish a plus.
