Location:

Pay Rate: $33.08 - $45.49/hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Education Requirements:

• Associate degree in a technical field, military technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Proven leadership experience mentoring and developing maintenance technicians
• Injection molding and auxiliary equipment experience preferred

Job Duties:

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, actuators, and automated equipment
• Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic system issues
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using electrical schematics and diagnostic tools
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Minimize downtime through effective maintenance and repair strategies
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, labor assignments, and work orders
• Manage spare parts inventory and critical component availability
• Work with equipment manufacturers and vendors on repairs and technical support
• Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to safely perform maintenance and repair activities on industrial equipment
• Ability to respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations
