HVAC Service Technician

Cool Sys is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems for diverse clients. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems in the field
• Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups to maximize reliability and efficiency
• Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and controls issues using gauges, meters, and schematics
• Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and company standards
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service systems
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding findings, options, and system performance
• Collaborate with team members and dispatch to prioritize and complete work orders
• Participate in ongoing technical training and uphold Cool
• Sys' safety-first, customer-focused culture
