Overview
AI Engineer with custom business application development experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor etc. Experience in building enterprise class CI-CD and harnesses using tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Kubernetes, Dockers, Camel etc.
This role will work with onshore/offshore group and onsiteatlocation for initial 3-4 months and then lead the development effort with hybrid environment (25% onsite). This is contract-to-hire position.
Core Responsibilities- AI-Assisted Development: Leverage tools like Claude Code to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation generation, optimizing software development life cycles (SDLC).
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions) to deploy applications from code commit to production.
- Kubernetes Application Development: Containerize applications using Docker and create/maintain manifests for deployment.
- Performance & Reliability: Configure resource requests/limits, Config Maps, and secrets to ensure reliable application behavior, minimizing downtime.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement Monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of the environment. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Kubernetes clusters, applications, and services. Tools:
Dynatrace, Datadog or Splunk etc.
10+ years of hands-on experience in custom business application development, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
7+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
, delivering iterative solutions and collaborating with cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, strong communication and ownership skills.
- Programming: Proficiency in Go, Python, or Node.js, react
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS (EKS), GCP (GKE), or Azure (AKS).
