We are excited to extend the British Swim School presence in the Northwest Chicagoland area (Buffalo Grove - Mundelein - Lake Zurich - Wheeling).

Target opening date is late April 2026 (exact location TBD) with this position(s) hired and onboarded in April.

• Teach swim lessons to children, starting at 3 months old, following an established program that is gentle, fun & progressive
• Work a flexible schedule that typically includes evenings Mon-Fri (4:00 - 7:00pm) and weekends (Sat-Sun 9:00am - 2:00pm)
• Report directly to and support the Aquatics Manager and / or Business Owner

• High school diploma, equivalent, or in the process of completion.
• Enthusiastic personality
• Comfortable in and around the water. Strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught and developed!
• Must maintain certifications throughout the length of employment
• Must complete all required British Swim School Aquatics-specific training and testing

• Experience working with children.
• Swimming experience: 1-2 years preferred but not required.
• Customer service skills: 1 year preferred but not required.
• Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s) preferred (but can be obtained during training)
