Warehouse Associate

Position Purpose

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

Travel Requirements:
Minimal to none; role is primarily based in the branch/warehouse.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday. Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, involving active physical work.

• Minimum Qualifications:
  
  18 years old; ability to lift up to 75 pounds; proficiency in English and/or bilingual Spanish may be required; comfortable using basic math.
• Preferred:
  Forklift experience or certification; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $20.91 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including the position, location, education, training, and/or experience. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs.
