We're Looking For
This role assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with company standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 18+ years old
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required
- Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
- Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like
- Working from heights such as roofs, ladders, or powered lifts
- Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including awkward or tight and confined spaces
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, pushing, or pulling
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers
- Operating machinery or power tools
- Operating motor vehicles, industrial l vehicles, or heavy equipment
- Noisy environments
Day shift:
Monday - Friday, 7:45AM - 4:15PM
Wage: $17.50/hr
Incentive CompensationIn addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
