Receiving Clerk

Wage: $17.75-$18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours:

8:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Join a dynamic team as a Receiving Clerk in the paper, pulp, and printing industry. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in logistics and inventory management while supporting crucial supply chain functions within a fast-paced environment.

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments to ensure accuracy of part numbers and quantities.
• Manage hold areas for inbound, unverified shipments.
• Obtain picking orders from OSW for supplies and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain organized shipping and packing materials and work area cleanliness.
• Verify delivery conditions, report discrepancies, and document findings.
• Support additional tasks related to inventory control, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Work directly with confidential client data and ensure compliance with HIPAA training requirements.
• Use equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers safely and effectively.

• High School diploma or GED; previous receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly and perform extended periods of standing or walking.
• Experience with computer applications including email, Microsoft Office, and shipping software like UPS and Fed Ex.
• Valid forklift and cherry picker operation certification or experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours as needed to support production demands.
