This is a full-time on-site traveling position. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors, manage schedules, inspect work progress, and ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations. The Site Supervisor will also handle on-site problem-solving and provide leadership to the construction team.

• Experience in construction management, project coordination, and scheduling
• Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance, and quality standards in construction
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site daily
