Schedule: 2-3 hours/day, 4 days/week, Approx. Hours 3:30PM-7:30PM, hours may vary, April - May
Benefits & Rate of Pay: Per Master Agreement

The Middle School Softball Coach works with students in grades 6–8 to teach the fundamentals of softball while creating a positive, inclusive team environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with kids, has a basic understanding of softball skills and rules, and can teach those skills in a clear, encouraging way. Strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage and motivate middle school students are essential.

A teaching license is not required—just a commitment to helping kids learn, improve, and enjoy being part of a team.

• We are looking for a coach who has playing experience and an understanding of the game/sport. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will create a fun and positive team environment where kids enjoy coming to practice and games. This coach should be able to teach not only athletic skills, but also life lessons like teamwork, effort, and resilience. A passion for working with young athletes and helping them grow both on and off the field/court is essential.
• Coaching license or coaching minor preferred, not required.
• Coaching experience in the sport.
