What Youll Be Doing

As a DSP Skills Instructor, your days will be filled with purpose, growth, and meaningful connections. Youll:

* Teach and support individuals with disabilities as they develop essential life skills, vocational abilities, and social connections.

* Provide encouragement and guidance while celebrating progressbig or small.

* Create lasting memories while helping clients gain confidence and independence.

Qualifications:

* Compassionate and caring attitude

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma/GED

* Background, OIG, and MVR clearance required

* No prior experience necessary; all training provided

* Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs

* Preferred: current Drivers License, car insurance, and clean driving record

* Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification (training available)

Salary & Benefits

Pay: $18 per hour
