We’re looking for compassionate, energetic, and motivated individuals who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. If you’re excited by the idea of helping someone build confidence, learn new skills, and gain independence—this role is perfect for you.

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: daytime hours

• Teach and support individuals with disabilities as they develop essential life skills, vocational abilities, and social connections.
• Provide encouragement and guidance while celebrating progress—big or small.
• Create lasting memories while helping clients gain confidence and independence.

• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma/GED
• Background, OIG, and MVR clearance required
• No prior experience necessary; all training provided
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Preferred: current Driver’s License, car insurance, and clean driving record
• Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification (training available)

Pay: $18 per hour
