Park View, a Cassia community, is hiring a self-motivated, energetic Flex Culinary Assistant to join our team in Buffalo, MN
! This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting. No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering a $1,000 Bonus!

Full-Time, Flex, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule

• Days: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Evenings: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
• Availability to work both required

$18.78 to $21 / hour depending on experience

• Rotate through stations: food prep, serving, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs

• Previous restaurant or healthcare experience preferred but not required! We will train!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
