Since opening our first home in 2000, we've grown to operate multiple Community Residential Settings (CRS) across Minnesota, including the Twin Cities Metro and Duluth.

In this role, you'll assist clients with their daily needs, from medication administration and personal care to cooking and cleaning. You'll accompany them on fun outings, help with appointments, and engage in activities like shopping, playing games, or going for walks. Every day, you'll be a key part of helping someone live with greater independence and joy.

• 18+ years
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a good driving record
• Availability to work every other weekend

• Experience in caregiving or similar roles

• 7 AM - 3 PM
• 3 PM - 11 PM
• 11 PM - 7 AM
• 9 PM - 8 AM (7 Days on 7 Days Off)
