Superior Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA in Buffalo, NY to support patients and families in the home and care settings. You will provide hands-on care, companionship, and help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility while preserving patient dignity.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team, observe condition changes, and follow individualized care plans. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; hospice experience is preferred.
