HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

The Care Navigator:
Office Support position is an administrative job with responsibility for multiple support functions. The Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Greet Clients and Visitor
  • Answer Multi-line telephone and direct calls
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Collect copays and fees
  • Flexibility to cover hours outside of normal shift is required
  • Ability to drive to all 4 locations – Waite Park, St. Cloud, Monticello and Elk River

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
  • Customer Service / Administrative experience
  • 2 year degree in medical office administration or equivalent experience preferred
