* As a Phlebotomist, you play a vital role in the patient experience by ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to build trust with patients help support quality diagnostic testing and positive healthcare outcomes.

** What You'll Do*
* + Collect blood specimens from patients using established phlebotomy procedures

+ Perform specimen collection and processing duties for both clinical and forensic testing

+ Accurately label, prepare, and handle specimens for laboratory testing

+ Maintain required documentation and records with a high level of accuracy

+ Provide excellent customer service while creating a comfortable and professional patient experience

+ Follow safety, confidentiality, and quality standards at all times

+ Work independently while meeting daily productivity and operational expectations

** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required

+ Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Strong keyboard and data entry skills

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Flexibility to support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements (Allina credentialing required; vaccinations required: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test. COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
