Hourly Pay Rate: $128.19

What You’ll Do:
Assist in orthopedic surgeries including total joint replacements and fracture repairs
Support clinical procedures such as joint injections, casting, splinting, and DME application
Conduct patient rounding and assessments
Support staff with OR and clinic duties, ensuring excellent patient care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality orthopedic services
Participate in administrative tasks related to patient care and documentation
Utilize EPIC Excellian EMR system for patient records and documentation
What You Need:
Required:
Minnesota license (PA or NP)
NCCPA certification (or equivalent)
BLS Tier 1 – Basic Life Support certification
1+ year OR experience
Ability to assist in OR procedures and clinic care
Preferred:
Orthopedic or sports medicine experience
