Experience:

1+ year in orthopedic or surgical setting, OR experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate:  $128.19/hour

What You’ll Do:

Support surgical procedures as a first assist for total joint replacements, fracture repairs, foot/ankle, shoulder, knee, hip, hand, and wrist surgeries

Assist in the OR with orthopedic surgeries and procedures

Provide clinic support including patient assessments, joint injections, casting, splinting, and DME application

Round on patients in the mornings and participate in occasional weekend coverage

Collaborate with surgical and clinical staff to deliver high-quality orthopedic care

Document patient interactions and procedural details accurately in EPIC Excellian EMR

Support a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient flow and successful outcomes

What You Need:

Required:

MN license as PA or NP

NCCPA Physician Assistant certification or equivalent

BLS Tier 1 Certification

DEA license, CSR

Preferred:

At least 1 year of orthopedic or surgical experience

OR assisting experience in orthopedic procedures
