1+ year OR experience; orthopedic/sports medicine preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $128.19

What You’ll Do:

Support orthopedic surgical procedures, including total joint replacements and fracture repairs

Assist in the OR during surgeries and post-operative care

Conduct clinic visits, evaluating and managing patient cases

Apply casts, splints, and durable medical equipment (DME)

Perform joint injections and other minimally invasive procedures

Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care

Document treatments using EPIC Excellian EMR system

What You Need:

Valid MN Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license

NCCPA certification or equivalent for PA; BLS certification

At least 1 year of OR experience, preferably in orthopedics

Strong clinical skills and ability to work as part of a team
