Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate:  $128.19

Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do

Assist in surgeries including total joint replacements, fracture repairs, foot/ankle, shoulder, knee, and hip procedures

Provide clinical support during patient consultations and follow-ups

Support staff in castings, splinting, and DME applications

Perform joint injections and assist in the operating room as needed

Rounding on patients in the orthopedic department

Utilize electronic medical records (EPIC Excellian) for documentation

Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care

What You Need

Required:

Valid Minnesota PA or NP license

NCCPA certification (PA) or equivalent

BLS Tier 1 certification within 180 days of hire

DEA and CSR licenses

Minimum 1+ year of orthopedic or surgical experience

Preferred:

Experience with OR assist, casting, splinting, joint injections

Prior orthopedic or sports medicine experience
