Packing Technician

Twin City Staffing is seeking a dependable Packing Technician to prepare finished products for shipment in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and wants a stable schedule. No extensive experience is required; training is provided for the right candidate.

Location:Monticello, MN

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Hours:5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday

Duties of the packing technician:

• Pack and label finished products for shipment
• Inspect parts for damage, accuracy, and quantity
• Assemble boxes and packaging materials
• Maintain accurate counts and basic paperwork
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Report issues to a supervisor and meet daily production goals

Requirements of the packing technician:

• Packing, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
