  1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:30AM-4PM with required overtime
• Position Type:
  Temp to Hire

• 2 years of mold making experience required
• Precision Grinding
• CNC set up and operation
• Experience with Mastercam software
• Able to read blueprints and drawings
• Someone dependable, self‑motivated, and eager to learn
• Comfortable taking ownership of your work and taking pride in the finished product
• Mechanical aptitude - Examples include:
  • Rebuilding engines or working on vehicles
  • Fixing small engines or power tools
  • Tinkering with bikes, robotics, or 3D printing
  • Working with wood or metal in a hobbyist or professional setting
• Ability to read precision instruments like micrometers and calipers
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs and stand for an entire shift

• Operate manual and CNC surface grinders to grind steel components to exacting tolerances
• Fit and assemble locks, cams, rails, and precision components into custom injection molds
• Work from blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions
• Collaborate closely with peers and management to complete projects accurately and efficiently
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools to ensure precision
• Apply basic math and trigonometry to your work
