R & M Manufacturing Co. in Buffalo, MN is seeking a Laser Operator on 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 2 AM). Full-time position with a $23.50 - $32.50 hourly pay range, plus a $2.50 shift premium for the 2nd shift.
Monday - Thursday, 4-day work week; training on 1st shift may be required. Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC laser cutting machines, reading blueprints, monitoring the process, and performing quality checks to ensure precision.
