As an LPN at Lake Ridge, you will provide nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health, and oversee nursing personnel during your assigned shift. Full-Time

Day: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Night: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

$28.41 - $36.29 / hour depending on experience

$7,500 (Full-Time)

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident-related care
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and hold a current MN Nursing license
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team
