Registered Nurse RN Lake Ridge

Lake Ridge Care Center, a Cassia senior community, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health, and oversee nursing personnel during assigned shifts. Position Type: Full-Time

Location: 310 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, MN 55313

Wage Range: $34.23 - $40.75 per hour, depending on experience.

Shift Differentials: Between 6:00 pm - 6:00 am, $8 per hour.

Shifts Available (including every other weekend):

• Days: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Evening: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes or concerns in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and hold a current MN Nursing license.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
