Superior Hospice, part of the Home Health Care, Inc. family, seeks an experienced Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) for a 7 on / 7 off schedule.
You will respond to after-hours calls, provide symptom management, and guide patients and families with compassionate care. The ideal candidate holds an active Minnesota RN license and has hospice or high-acuity home health experience, with strong critical thinking, communication, and crisis management skills.
