Floats between MN Cassia Communities filling in for open chef and culinary positions; shifts and schedule will vary week-to-week and may require last minute changes based on emergency culinary needs;
Prepares recipes utilizing appropriate ingredients to ensure a fine dining experience for residents and guests;
Maintains food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times;
Participates directly in daily kitchen operations in multiple communities: cooking, serving and cleaning under the direction of the Director of Culinary Services;
Performs other duties as assigned
