Floats between MN Cassia Communities filling in for open chef and culinary positions; shifts and schedule will vary week-to-week and may require last minute changes based on emergency culinary needs;
Prepare & Serve Meals; prepares recipes utilizing appropriate ingredients to ensure a fine dining experience for residents and guests;
Maintain Food Quality, appearance, and presentation standards; adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines;
Support Team Members; participate in daily kitchen operations across multiple communities (cooking, serving, and cleaning);
Maintain Food Safety & Sanitation Standards;
Knowledge of special diets and SDS for kitchen and dining areas
