Next Level Seamless Gutters / Exteriors Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated sales representative to help expand our exterior services. This is a commission-based position designed for someone who thrives in outside sales, values independence, and wants uncapped earning potential.

As a Sales representative, you’ll step into a commission-based role with stability, structure, and real earning potential. You’ll be supported by an experienced team, a steady flow of opportunities, and a commission structure that remains consistent.

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of exterior systems
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior options
• Present estimates, review scopes of work, and close contracts
• Read and interpret insurance scopes of work when applicable
• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and scheduling efficiently
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, referral partners, and insurance contacts

• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience
• Experience in roofing, siding, gutters, or exterior construction preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Working knowledge of roofing and siding construction methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with reading and understanding insurance scopes of work
• Ability to safely climb and inspect a standard slope rooftop
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
