As a Consultant, you are the face of our company in local neighborhoods. You will:

• Build Local Connections: Engage face-to-face with homeowners in storm-affected areas to offer complimentary property inspections.
• Consult & Educate: Walk families through the insurance claim process with empathy, clarity, and transparency.
• Assess & Inspect: Conduct external property assessments. This includes the physical requirement of safely lifting, setting up, and climbing a 28-foot extension ladder, as well as walking on sloped residential roofs to check for storm damage.
• Manage the Journey: Act as the homeowner’s dedicated point of contact from the initial conversation to the final shingle.

• An Active Listener: You care about understanding a homeowner’s concerns and building genuine rapport.
• Self-Motivated & Resilient: You enjoy working independently in the field and view "no" as just part of a healthy sales pipeline.
• Physical Capacity: Ability to work outdoors in varying Minnesota weather conditions, walk neighborhoods daily, lift up to 50 lbs (ladders), and comfortably navigate sloped roofs as detailed in the essential functions above.
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily travel within designated territories required).
• Schedule: Availability for two weekends per month (peak times to connect with working homeowners).

• The Structure: There is a guaranteed draw. This provides you with reliable baseline income security while maintaining an uncapped earning potential.
• Good-Faith Estimated Earning Range: $50,000 – $150,000 annually (based on performance, with top performers reaching the higher end).
