Automotive Sales Consultant

Walser Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant for our Coon Rapids Nissan dealership. In this role, you'll guide customers through a negotiation-free, one-price sales process, from greeting and needs assessment to test drives, trade evaluations, and delivery. You'll leverage comprehensive training, digital tools, and a strong inventory to match customers with the right new or used vehicles and protection plans.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, identifying needs and preferences
• Present Nissan and used vehicle options aligned to customer needs
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Guide customers through Walser's one-price, negotiation-free sales process
• Assist with trade evaluations, financing, and protection products
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments
• Prepare accurate deal paperwork and ensure compliance with policies
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals
• Maintain product knowledge across new and used inventory
• Represent Walser's customer-first values and community-focused culture
