Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

A private equity-backed manufacturer with a strong growth trajectory, strong revenue and expanding through acquisitions.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, month‑end close, and preparation of financial statements.

• Manage month‑end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial data
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
• Assist with sales tax filings and compliance
• Support cost analysis and standard cost determination
• Assist with audits and provide required documentation
• Collaborate with FP&A and other departments on forecasts and budgets
• Perform variance analysis and ensure AP cutoff and AR credit accuracy
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience with sales tax returns and fixed asset management
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
• ERP experience required
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
