Rosina Food Products is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Process incoming payments including checks, ACH, and credit cards
  • Apply payments to correct customer accounts
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers
  • Review invoices and investigate customer deductions
  • Monitor aging reports and assist with collections efforts
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing issues
  • Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
  • Help improve accounting processes and efficiencies
What We're Looking For:
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and accounting systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
