As an analyst you would be part of our attest services team with a primary focus on providing forensic services on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 individual bankruptcy petitions.
Responsibilities- Audit procedures as defined in the Statement of Work provided by the Department of Justice
- Report Preparation
- Problem identification
- Correspondences and inquiries
- Conduct analysis
- Accurate and timely status tracking
- Assist with administrative tasks and audit engagements as needed
- Strong understanding of audit procedures and requirements
- Analytical and a problem solver
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Clear and concise writing skills
Attention to detail & quality documentation skills - Effective inquiry skills
- Proactive communication
- Positive and professional attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; candidates with degrees in Finance or Business Administration will also be considered.
- Accounting experience is a plus
- $61,000 +, based on experience
