Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

A well‑established, private family office is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional, team‑oriented environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process efficiency.

• Process high‑volume invoices with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Manage full‑cycle accounts payable, including coding, approvals, and payment processing
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and execute check runs, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile accounts payable subledger to the general ledger
• Assist with month‑end close and reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a corporate or professional office setting
• Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment

• Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000
